REACH EU is founded by YAN Fei, a most celebrated and renowned female Mandarin Translator and Legal expert with vast years of experience. She is also a great commercial consultant with experience of over 10 years. Yan Fei is a BA graduate of Renmin University of China (Beijing) and holds BA in law from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT). Yan Fei is an Interpreter, Translator and business Consultant. Yan Fei is a specialist in building Irish – Chinese business connections. Yan Fei is Certified Service Provider for Department of Justice of Ireland, Member of Irish Translators and Interpreters Association (ITIA).

Yan Fei worked in China between 1993 and 2000 as product sales and marketing director for a Chinese company (Beijing Hong Zheng technological development company). In this role Yan Fei travelled to all parts of China and all industry zones and developed a network of commercial and business associates throughout China. Yan Fei in this role developed a multi-million RMB revenue for the company.

Yan Fei came to Ireland in 2000, and up to 2002 studies English. In 2003 – 2004 developed franchisees for an Irish registered US company in the Chinese market. Fei Yan worked as freelance interpreter and translator in 2004-2006. In 2006 Yan Fei began to work for Foxconn Ireland – Dell supplier providing customer support for Dell and Chinese manufacturers selling within the group. From 2008 to date Yan Fei has worked for various clients as interpreter, translator and business consultant as described below.

Successful interpretation and translation projects include: working with Irish court services, An Garda Síochána, Refugee Legal Services, Hospitals, Solicitors (Collins Crowley Solicitors), and a number of major translation agencies. Yan Fei has successfully worked on some commercial and industrial translation projects for clients operating in pharmaceutical, medical and medical devices, aviation, commercial and banking, mining-exploration-prospecting, engineering and food industries, resource recovery, metal and plastic scrap recycling and environmental service companies. Provided delegations from China with interpretation and culture liaison services.
